Abstract

Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) merupakan salah satu upaya transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, efisiensi kerja, dan pengelolaan informasi kesehatan. Keberhasilan implementasi RME dipengaruhi oleh tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem yang digunakan. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan salah satu metode yang banyak digunakan untuk mengukur penerimaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Elektronik di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan pendekatan TAM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis dengan pendekatan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar dan PubMed menggunakan kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan Rekam Medis Elektronik, Technology Acceptance Model, dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil pencarian awal memperoleh 1.675 artikel, kemudian dilakukan proses identifikasi, skrining, dan seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga diperoleh 19 artikel untuk dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Toward Using dan Behavioral Intention to Use sistem RME. Mayoritas pengguna menilai RME mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, mempercepat akses informasi pasien, serta mendukung ketepatan dokumentasi dan pengambilan keputusan klinis. Selain itu, faktor pelatihan, kualitas sistem, infrastruktur, dan dukungan organisasi turut memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi RME. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi RME secara umum telah diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Namun, peningkatan kualitas sistem, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan dukungan manajemen masih diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sistem di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.
